[ERROR] Supported audio and video file formats for Curve 8520

In Blackberry Sites , 8520 supports video in 3gp type. But, in action if I play any video in 3gp type, my blackberry was reboot. give me some solutions please Smiley Sad

Yes your device supports 3gp, device may  reboot because of other reasons . A corrupt Media Card can also be the cause, so backup your media card and format it . Install some new 3gp files and try it again.
