ESN Number?

I'm trying to call Blackberry but it's asking me for my ESN number which is apparently in Options>Status but it isn't?

What is it and how do I find it?! Smiley Sad

Re: ESN Number?

The Bold 9000 model is a GSM device, which have an IMEI number, not a ESN. Look at Options > Status, and it is also listed on the white sticker beneath the battery.

Re: ESN Number?

The imei number are 15 digits, you can find on your blackberry box too, the box have a white label, thats include the msn number, and the imei number.

If you take out the battery on your blackberry , you can see a small label, this label includes too the 15 digits number.

All the phones have a ESN ( Electronical Serial Number ) , on GSM phones called IMEI Number ( International Mobile Equipment Identity).

If I help you with any inquire, thank you for click kudos in my post.
