Emai help needed

My Blackberry Style got wet somehow, and I have to wait for the replacement, which is backordered.  I really need to get my email, and I've been trying to set up my blackberry email accont on my laptop, with not luck.  Apparently I've forgotten my password, since all my attempts with the passwords I remember are not working.  I've gone to BBID to try to forward my email, but I can't get into BBID without the password.  I do remember the answer to my the security question, but I can't get far enough to a point where it will ask me that question.  I'm locked out.  Is there anything at all that I can do?
