Email Account Setup

I have three accounts actively recieveing emails on my Bold.  However my  enterprise account doesn't show up in the list  I need to resend Service Books to this account, but I can't do this since I can't seem to access the setup anywhere.

 

Is there another way?  and does anyone know why this account doesn't show up here?  It did before.  It's odd, this account, as of today, recieves emails, but can't send.

 

Probably all related to the same issue.

Hello,

If your BES email is malfunctioning, you need to work with your BES admins. They may need to do other things on the server side, and they control everything anyway. I recommend you contact them for assistance.

If, on the other had, you are the BES admin, then there is a separate section of this site dedicated to BES-level activities. But, don't double post if you are...just say so and we'll have the mods move this thread over.
