hello, i am currently using Blackberry 9790
and i am having trouble in finding the "Email Accounts" menu in Setup, it is just not there
i was using the 188.8.131.523 then i upgraded it to the latest OS 184.108.40.2066
the menu appeared after I upgraded it at first
but after I restarted the device it was gone again like before
Do anybody ever have this problem or is it just me?
Can anybody help?

As you have updated your device software please try those steps :
On your homescreen go to Options > Device > Advanced System Setting > Host Routing Table > Press the Menu key > Register Now. Once you recieve the registration message on your message box perform a battery pull restart like this device powered On remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back .after reboot see if you are able to view your Email Accounts in Setup option.

And if you have the correct data plan, you can head to blackberry.com/integrate from the device and try to setup the email from there.
