Email Accounts link not working in Setup on BB 9900

I am relatively new to BB and have purchased a secondhand BB Bold 9900 and cannot get the email accounts set up as the Email Accounts link in the Setup section doesnt seem to be working. I have managed to set up all other features within the the application.

Any help would be appreciated !

Do you have BIS active on the device? Also check the steps listed HERE by Joey Sanders.

Im not too sure, I had it up and running in my Torch 9300 (?) before I moved across. l'll have a look at the link and see if I can follow !
