I am trying to add email accounts to my Bold 9900. After going to set up and email accounts I am receiving the message 'Your device had a problem connecting to the server' with the options of 'retry' or cancel'. I am unable to get past this stage. What am I doing wrong? I have connection to wireless broad band and my mobile provider. S.

Go to this link from your phone: mobile.blackberry.com
On that page, Scroll to Communicate, click on Email, choose the type of email account and setup your email from there.
Also verify that you have a blackberry data plan on your account.
