Email Accounts

I am new to the BB family and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have two email accounts that I would like to set up on my BB, one is a msn.account the other is a work email which is in the format of myname@lighthouse-cove.com.

I set up the msn one and it is receiving mail no problem on my mobile, however, I now do not get the messages on my PC, which is set up with Outlook.

As for the work email, my BB accepted it and said all was fine, but it is not receiving any of the emails. Tech support at Sprint said that I had to purchase another program at $20 a month in order to facilitate corporate emails?

Does that sound right? Or is there a way to configure my account to get the work emails?

Thanks in advance for any advice, I love the new phone, just want to be able to use it correctly.
