Email Brain-Ache!!!

Hi all, please help!

Had a screen problem with my original Torch 9800,,backed up info and was given a new one in exchange, great.

Re-sync all details, fine except....Every time I try to set my g mail up it asks for user name and password, which I KNOW is correct as I can access elsewhere. But wont set up.So I try just username and go to "forgot password,"then It says it has sent reply to my phone, but nothing arrives. It seems my username and password won't send or are blocked from going any further??.Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Re: Email Brain-Ache!!!

You can contact your carrier BB support and have them give you your user id and reset password. Just give them your email address and they can search the BIS webclient to verify your information

- If my response has helped you, please click "Options" beside my post and mark it as solved. Clicking the "thumbs up" icon near the bottom of my response would also be appreciated.
