I have a rogers email account and a virgin blackberry account.
I cannot (for some reason) get the email account to connect at the setup stage within the BB.
EG: I can setup an email with the original account settings such as - davcon0807@...... (numbers that i dont use in a secondary account) if I try to set up davcon@....... - this does not work. Same answer when I go onto the BB website and sign in there, no deal, it will not register. What the heck am i missing here. If it matters, its a brand new phone.
Is there a guru out there that can solve this !
