Hi I have a bb9300 I have set up my wi-fi and I am connected the problem started when I tried to input my email details it goes straight to email address in enterprise activation then asks for activation password. Which password is this ? because I have tried my personal password but it fails am I guessing that enterprise is not what I should be in in which case how do I go about it please

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
