All of a sudden, my Torch codes replies and forwards of my emails in base64, making the message unreadable by the recipient. My service provider, AT&T, told me to check with my email host, which I did, and that's who told me that the device was encoding my emails.
Any idea how to correct this issue? I need to be able to forward emails from my device.
I've done a factory reset about a hundred times already. I've resent the service books too.
I've done a search and I see that this was an issue a couple of years ago, but I don't see that it got resolved.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
