I have a curve 9300, whilst changing my device thru the desktop software, the system stopped and did only some of the transfers. My BBN works, My Browser works but when I go to set up my email, i get the usual email setup: Internet MAil Account AND Enterprise account. When I click that it comes up with a screen saying create an account with yahoo, gmail etc. I go thru the process and it comes up with a message "update failed". Can you please help? Thanks

On your device have you login with your BlackBerry ID ? Inaddition try this :
1- Register your Handheld .
2 - Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
After reboot go to Setup > Internet Mail Account and see if that allows

How do I log in with the blackberry id on my phone? I dont see the icon for apps.
Which device you have Curve 9310 or 9300 , your profile says 9310.Check your BlackBerry ID here :

1. From the home screen of the BlackBerry, click the Options icon.
2. Choose Third Party Applications.
3. Choose BlackBerry ID

1. From the Homescreen Of your BlackBerry , Click the Option icon.
2. Click on Device.
3. Click BlackBerry ID
