I have upgraded my Bold 9790 OS7.0 to OS7.1 recently.
What I noticed was that since then, I cant set up any new email or modify any of the existing ones.
Whenever I get to the setup Internet Mail Account menu, it just would not respond or go any further. Only Entterprise Account menu would response which I am not interested in.
Please asssist anyone...

Make sure BlackBerry Internet service is active on your device,If you are not connected to BIS it will not allow you Email setup option.Go to manage connection - service status -make sure it is connected to BlackBerry Internet service.If not call your carrier to know about the issue.

I have a BIG Issues can't solved by Taiwan Mobile.
Now I used BB Bold 9900 that PIN is (personal info removed).
In the beginning of 2012,I can used BIS WebSite of Taiwan Mobile to set up
my E-mail Account. But Now I can't and Taiwan Mobile said the Blackberry
has the Rule to limit the BB OS 7.0~ Users did not allow to use the BIS
WebSite to set up their own E-mail Account to BB Mobile Device. Why before
can ? ? ?
And When I used BB Bold 9900 to set up my E-mail Account, I occur 9900 has
an Suggestion to suggest me used the BIS WebSite to set up. Don't U feel
any differences ?
And Taiwan Mobile already has transferred my Issues to U. Till now still
has not any reply, Why ?
I want to use the BIS WebSite to set up my E-mail Account.
It's very ridiculous ! ! !

If you can't use the BIS site to set up your email, try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser.
