hi can any one help since we changed our server i can no longer
send or recieve emails been trying for a week to rectify but nothing. getting errors that user name and password not vaild OR server not available.

Hi tishcity and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
Did you have your BlackBerry smartphone activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or were you using the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) to send and receive email?
If you were using BIS, you will have to delete and re-integrate your email account. When changing the email server, the settings will no longer be configured correctly in your BIS account.
