Email Sync Problems

Just got a BB 8530 curve through sprint  and set up email through our company microsoft exchange server. When emails come in I see them on my computer at work and then on my phone. So far so good. I read the email from the phone shortly after  the message shows on my desktop as read. Again, that is good. The bad thing is if I read the email from my computer the message still remains on my bb as unread. Any ideas how to fix?

Hi there!

 

Your description doesn't quite say, but it sounds as if your ARE NOT on BES...correct? Consequently, you must be using BIS and OWA, in which case the reconciliation features will be governed by this KB...in which case it is WAD (Working As Designed).
