Email Validation HELP!!!

Hey guys... So I had a blackberry curve 8520 but recently got a blackberry 9300.. So the Set-up wizard for change of devices poped up but for the life of me I can't remember my old Email password hence I can't validate it *mind u in the set up wizard for email there is no "forgot password" link so I'm dumb struck as to how am I going to Validate it...My BB ID is set up with that email but atleast I remember the pass for my ID. But please help how can I retrive the password for my BB email when there is no "forgot password" link
