Hi I am having issues with setting up my work email account. When I go to setup > email accounts and type my email address and the activation password issued by blackberry, I get the following messages:
'your device had a problem connecting to the server' when I press retry, I get this message 'Invalid email address or password'
I have been able to set up the same account on the same device before, but I had to wipe the device. Since then I have requested and received new activiation password from Blackberry and it now doesn't work
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Depends on what kind of email it is - it might be the "port" info that needs to be changed.
Try to get a new password and reset it?
Or maybe a good ol battery pull if you haven't done so already.
