I need Help I have a blackberry Bold 9900, during a software update i lost my email account of the phone.
I cannot remember the password. I also forgot my app world password. I tried to reset the password because i know my security question answer, but the mail goes to my email that i cannot access because i forgot the password.
I cannot add the old email because it requires your app world password.
Is there a way to obtain my email password.'

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties accessing your BlackBerry® ID account.
To clarify, the email address you used you cannot access from a computer? Was it the @carrier.blackberry.net account?
If so, please contact your mobile provider and ask they open a support case with RIM® support to further investigate.
