I am new to Blackberry and have had a 9320 for about seven days, it is on the Vodafone network. I set up three email accounts (AOL, hotmail, gmail) and they seemed to work ok connected through my home wi-fi. After four days a notification of upgrades appeared. After downloading these none of the email accounts will download or upload to the Blackberry. If I try to use Email Account Management it fails to connect. I have read on the support forums that it is an OS problem, my one is currently 7.1. Can anyone help?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
