I am IT Manager for a retail company and my MD uses a Blackberry Torch on TMobile with pop3 email, the commercial directors mailbox on Exchange is forwarded to another email account, when the MD sends an email to the commercial director he receives a NDR which reads as follows:
Arrival-Date: Thu, 19 Jan 2012 10:06:03 +0000
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 This server requires you to send from an IP address specified by the SPF for srs.bis7.eu.blackberry.com.
I might add at this stage because of the peculiar circumstances in the company the MD has an address which is ****@harrytuffin.co.uk the commercial director is ****@montgomeryspring.co.uk forwarded to samename ****@harrytuffin.co.uk
Is there anyway round this can it be fixed?
