Email issues with Torch 9850

On 01/05 I updated my 9850 with the latest software. since then in the notification view I can see all...new emails, etc. When I press the messages application icon, none of my newest emails will show only text msgs and fb. the new notification icon comes on but there are no new messages... please advise

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Sounds like you may have an issue with the service book database. Try clearing your Service Book database then resend Service Books and test again.
