Email issues

Everytime I receive an email to my Blackberry I also recieve a delivery failure notification.

The subject usually reads, 'Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender'

It suggests, for further assistance please send mail to <post master>

When I originally set up my Blackberry I tried to connect it to my work email (Lotus Notes). 'Work' wouldn't let me, so I'm wondering if, somewhere, I have configured it incorrectly and it is trying to access Lotus notes, although without authorisation (?).

Can anyone assist so I can prevent these incredibly annoying deilvery failure notifications everytime I receive an email?

Thanks

Simon

Re: Email issues

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Was your BB device issued to you by the company? If so I suggest you get with your IT department as they would know the setup.

Thanks, if you need anymore assistance please let us know!
