I have not been able to clear the email notifier. I have cleared out all message folder and checked the Date and Time as suggested on other forum sites.
Anyone have a solution?
Thanks in advance and Great Site Guys!

I just posted this same response but wasn't able to find it and copy it. I have a little bit of debugging history in my nature and found that it has NOTHING to do with messages. You get the envelope if you have a missed call as well and haven't addressed it (like erased it).
I know that this removes that envelope for me, try this out.

Your right. I have noticed that as well, but that wasn't it.
I finally got the notifier off by just removing the battery (re-booting if you can call it that), and haven't had a probem since.
I appreciate help.
