My Device: bold 9700

Email problem

I have a bold 9700 with os6.I set up the email account i have on yahoo and i can't receive emails,but i can send!!

What should i do to be able to receive them on my device?

Hmm.. try to delete your email account first then set up again, should be work

                           If you are able to send Email but can't recieve then please delete and Resend your Service Books from your device.

 

1.First Register your Handheld :

 

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
  • Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

2.Delete and Resend your Service book

 

  • KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account.

3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back.

 

 

     I hope it will help in resolving your issue ,If the above process fails then you had to contact your Wireless service provider further assistance.
