Email problem


                I had some problems with receiving emails and I uninstalled shortcut menu. when I tried to reinstall no longer accept the username and password on the grounds that they are "invalid". Noted that the user can access mail and password from your PC.
              What can be done to remedy this situation?

Try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser and set up your email that way.
