Email problems

I have an email accounts set on blackberry curve 8520.

Previously employed with DiGi telecommunications.

Now I already quit Digi,the email account has expired.

I am unable to delete that email account.

Already wipe my device a few times but still fail to remove it.

It ask for username and password of that expired email address which I no longer have.

Need advice.

Are you currently unable to login to your Email Setup to remove an email account or are you able to login there but unable to delete an email account? If you are unable to move past the Email Setup screen, I would recommend contacting your previous service provider and asking them to have your BlackBerry Internet Service account deleted for you.
