Email's not working!

Hi I really need some help! I recently got the 9360 and i synced my old 9300 to it so all contacts,emails, texts e.t.c went across. Since ive staretd using my new phone no emails have come through and evry time i went on email set-up it keeps saying 'the email application is temporarily unavailable try again later'. in the end ive been looking online at all the solutions and ive tried them all and its still not working! so in the end i did a security wipe but did a back up before. After the security wipe i went to email ser-up and again it read the same unavaliable message, i then went to back up my phone and i cant even do that now! someone please help me in finding the solution!

If you cannot access the setup application, can you login to your carrier's BIS site to change the information?

You can also call your carrier for assistance.
