Re: Email set up for corporate accenture account

You are positive your corporate email is not controlled by an enterprise server or through a BES account?

If so, Please try this FIRST, using your BlackBerry browser...

• Go to mobile.blackberry.com
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.

If that works and completes your email setup/editing, good.

Re: Email set up for corporate accenture account

Easiest to access it from your device, since there are about 30 Vodafone providers around the world and I don't know which one you're on.

Here's a list:  http://www.thegremlinhunt.com/2010/01/07/list-of-blackberry-internet-service-e-mail-login-sites/

Sorry, you're missing something, that list gives no less than 20 links to Vodafone.

I suspect your on an enterprise or OWA account for your accenture.com email.

Can you find out from your IT people?

Re: Email set up for corporate accenture account

Hi... I'm also a new joiner in Acenture. Were you able to setup accenture.com mail id on your blackberry device ? I've a idea connection and called there bb support helpline but they told me that bb internet server is not able to contact email.accenture.com and thats why the problem is being seen. Did you get this thing resolved ?
