The problem is that when I go to email setup icon start the wap connection and not the blackberry email setup application.
I try to resend the service book but nothing changed

no, I still have the problem and after a phone call with Wind Technical support they told me that now the access to the BIS Service is via browser.
I think that is not possible, thinking about the gmail sync and so on but I can't find nobody in Wind Italy that understand well my problem so I must keep the access to BIS Service in this way.
