Email setup password problem

I am trying to set up a new email address but I am running into problems with my password for existing users. It is not taking my password, and when I select 'forgot password' and enter my username, it give me an error that says 'your device encountered a problem with this application's server. Select OK and repeat the action to try again.' The problem is that I have repeated the action REPEATEDLY with no success. Any ideas?

Please try this, using your BlackBerry browser...

Go to mobile.blackberry.com

Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.

Choose the appropriate email set up options.

nope you must have an old page there are no such settings on the blackberry webpage

Yup...RIM changes things from time to time, but there's no effective way to go back and edit old posts...try this link, from the BB Browser:
