My Email account did not come up on the screen to be changed to my new phone. it will not let me set up any new Email accounts. just asks for username and password. put them in and tells me not correct. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?

Did you use the switch device wizard included in Desktop Manager? Also, you'll need to know your username and password for BIS. If you forgot them, call your carrier to get them reset.
