"When we launched CrackBerry.com 10 years ago, we set out to make it a fun and useful destination where BlackBerry Smartphone owners could share their excitement and learn to unleash the full potential of their BlackBerry. Just got my first BB. Outlook emails received on, or sent from, my Windows Laptop appear, as expected, on my BB, usually within 20 seconds.
Also, if I delete a read or sent email on my BB, they are automatically removed from my PC, again wihtin 20 seconds or so.
However,if I delete a received, or sent, email from my Laptop, they do not get automatically deleted from my BB, leaving me with loads of emails on my BB which I have already read and filed on my PC.
Can anyone help?

What email service are you using? Exchange, Yahoo, Hotmail, Google, your local ISPs via POP/IMAP?
Each deals with the reconciliation of emails differently. You can find an overview of how each is treated by BIS here - KB95133
