Emails went missing from Blackeberry

All of my emails deleted from my Blackberry (not sure what happened)

I haven't backed up the device in months, so I was hoping to  be able to pull my messages from outlook back onto my Blackberry

Is this possible?

Re: Emails went missing from Blackberry

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Go to options status and write done the File free number.

Do a battery pull as listed, and then write the numbers again.

Post both.

Thanks,

Re: Emails went missing from Blackeberry

You're facing memory constraints in your device. Due to which MMS are being received in your device but for low memory they were deleted you even see them.

Perform the following steps -

1. Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30sec.
2. Check how much memory is free in your device to Options -> Status -> Free Memory. To view all the database size go to Option -> Status -> click Menu button then select Database Sizes
3. Delete less frequently used application. To delete go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete -> click Menu and select Delete
4. If you stored your picture in device memory them move them to your media card

Re: Emails went missing from Blackberry

Thanks for the welcome

Before reboot 13673229

After reboot 14009569

I think my email folder got too big since I don't have many apps and I don't have any pictures on the device

Hi and welcome to the forums,

You have 64 mb of total memory on your device. You sent that you have 13mb free.

15 mb free would be considered a minimum.

Most people close the applications by pressing the escape or red key. This does not close the applications.

Each application has a close option. For instance if you are in the calendar hit the menu key (spotted key) and scroll down to the bottom close is listed.

When done using the browser, press menu and options, select cache operations,

clear all categories and hit escape it will clean the browser cache.

Use the attached links to manage your memory efficiently.

Thanks,

Thanks - I will go clean up some

Is there any way to get my emails back from Outlook onto the blackberry since I didn't back up the device?

Re: Emails went missing from Blackberry

Hi,

The blackberry goes into "life saving mode" takes what ever it can to survive.

Emails are stored in "flash" device memory, basically all those pixels get gathered together

and spell "Gone with the Wind" right before they are dissipated for use.

Sorry!
