Empty battery symbol with cross through it! Dead phone!!

Anyone else had this problem. Phone wont switch on, charge, generally do anything!!!!! 



And cant find a stupid phone number to speak to anyone either... How is a company so unreachable!!!

Please pull out battery and connect you handheld with wall charger without inserting battery wait for 5 to 10 mins, you will get the same sign as you mentioned above battery with red crossed, once you will get mentioned sign then insert battery without unplugging charger. Wait for another 20 to 30 mins.


If issue still persist then I would recommend you to check with nearest service center..!
