Greetings,

I can't find a free english dictionary. Does anyone know of a dictionary mobile web site?

Thanks,

Re: English Dictionary

I've had good luck with "m.dictionary.com", good and clean for mobile use.

Re: English Dictionary

I had one on my curve from dictionary.com but now can't get it on my Torch. I miss it like crazy!! I'd love to find one too, for my 8900 Torch

Re: English Dictionary

Oh I just use the mobile website. Set it as a bookmark in your browser.

I'd rather save my device memory for something useful that I can't access easily by the browser.

Keep in mind that starting with OS 6 and later, "dictionary.com" is now part of your browser.  When you type an entry into the browser's URL field, you'll see "search for (the word you entered)" and a small icon to the right of it.  If you click that icon, you'll be given the choice of search engines to use as well as the option to go to www.dictionary.com directly.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy
