Re: Enterprise Activation

Hello lachrisha13

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

To enjoy those email services we need BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS in our account, so please call your Carrier or Wireless Service Provider to know if they have activated it or not.

Re: Enterprise Activation

Hi lachrisha13

If you Carrier Activated BIS , then you should recieve the activation message and will be able to see the Personal email option or Internet Mail account . So start your setup , use your BlackBerry ID and follow the steps. If you don't have a BlackBerry ID refer to this KB  help :

  • KB23716 : What is a BlackBerry ID
  • KB24062  : How to create a BlackBerry ID
