I have been trying to configure my email ID using Blackberry enterprise activation app. I had received an email, which i have lost and now everytime i try, i always get an error for retrying.
I am not sure what can be done in tjhis regards
I am using BB Curve 9320. Someone please help!!!

You are connected to a corporate enterprise BES account or its just a personal device ? If it's a company phone then contact your BES admin. they can help your out .

If its a personal device and want to setup your personal emails on your device then you should ask your carrier to activate BIS ( BlackBerry Internet Service ) , but if you want an enterprise account then you need to Call your carrier Airtel to activate it on your account .
If you lost you password for activation then call back your carrier , because it your carrier who can help you in this regard .
