Enterprise activation.... Adress book didn't sync

Enterprise activation.... Adress book didn't sync.

How can I sync the adress book and send it back from the bb server...?

Hi & welcome to the community..!!


Addresses aren't available on BB server, its always sync from your mail account. Login to your mail account on PC using web and check whether contacts are available there or not.


If it is available there, then go to contacts on device > press menu (BB Sign) > option > click on the mail account available under contact list and do wireless sync ON. All available contacts will update on your device automatically with in 15 mins.
