Enterprise email on 9900

i had a 9900 activated with enterprise, i set up folder redirection and all was working.

phone then got red lights and i was handed a replacement.

on the replacement i did enterprise activation, i get emails from all the folders i ticked for redirection in my previous phone, but when i go to view individual folders none of them are shown.

when i go to select the folder redirection option, nothing happens, it stays on the email prefrences screen.

 

any suggestions ?

If the steps in resolution 2 fails to resolve the issue for you, please contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server Adminstrator regarding this issue referencing the steps under resolution 1.
