Are you trying to setup your email via a BES server or just your personal email?
If via a BEST server (normally for a device supplied by your employer) you should contact your IT department.
If it's your personal email you do not need an enterprise activation password. If you do not see any the option to setup Internet Email then most likely you do not have a blackberry data plan. In order to use email and other data functions on your phone you need a specific blackberry data plan rather than a generic carrier one. So give your carrier a call and see what options they offer.
