Enterprise server not connected

Please my BB tour 9630 has been unable to connect with Enterprise Server. And i av tried all my possible best to solve the mess but it proved abortive! Pls what can i do?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please work with your BES admins for this as they control everything. Your BES admins can seek help from other BES admins in the BES section of this site.

Also be sure that you have activated, through your carrier, a BES-capable BB Data Plan.
