Erreur carte Sim

Bonjour. Alors voila mon blackberry curve 8520 et totalement neuf et ces temps si mon telephone ne capte plus ma puce il me mais soir erreure code ou inserer carte sim alor qu'elle y est dedant. j'ai nettoyer l'emplacement de la sim et je l'ai mis dans un autre telephone sa marche, que faire svp???? en sachat que je suis partie chez un S.A.V et  on ma dit que je devais telecharger BlackBerry Desktop et y faire les mise a jour mais en vain sa ne marche toujour pas.

ton Curve est "totalement neuf"? Qu'est-ce que cela signifie? Tu l'as acheté en boutique chez SFR?

quand tu mets la carte SIM, quel est le message d'erreur exact s'il-te-plaît?
