I guess I'm kind of lucky. They don't deduct anything my cc account or paypal that I've even tried. I've seen post on this error going back to 2009. Can't believe this is such along going issue.

Yeah, obviouslly having typing issues. Just inquiring why some people have no issues purchasing apps and others like me getting that darn error message 10000. Been getting it on my PB for months, then last week it started on my 9900.

I also got this error 10000 while purchasing an upgrade for my software.its already deducted from my account twice but I don't have the upgraded software..sheesh am sooo disappointed.anyone from blackberry can get me my software or reply on this.I am sure to never purchase anything via blackberry app world.this sucks
