i am getting erroe 102. i was asked to visit www.blackberry.com/102............i did it and followed the steps. but the desktop software says that there is no update available. i cannot start my cel fone..Please help.

If Desktop software is unable to find any update then you can reload the same OS by clicking View other versions in the lower left corner. It will allow you to view available versions available which you can load to your device.But if that fails then you can try this Knowledge Base :
