And for you Dina please

 

Make shoure that you are connected to inertnet. if thats not the problem then please do a hardreset of your phone. If That dont work then after backup wipe your handset then check. These things will work for your case

thx but what is this has to do for buying stuff from bb appworld i am trying to buy themes with my visa internet card and each time it gives me error 11000 and i am soo pissed off i dn't know how to fix this

For your there may be two issues on your side Dina

 

Your visa card have some techinical issue on server side.

 

Or

 

You enter inavlid info but these are just the cases. Please check that on some other bb application world try to buy the themes if it gives not panic to you then the problem is on your BB side.

 

Thats the only whay to check please confirm then i will further suggest you

yes shoure

 

 

But first please check on your friends BB that may be there is visa card issue.

 

Then do these

 

1.    Just backup your settings

2.    Goto Menu -> Options -> Security Options There you can see security wipe option if not then press menu key and then seelect wipe handheld. Follow the on screen steps.

3.  After that restore your backup.

Dina, if you're seeing Error 11000 when you use AppWorld to purchase an application...

 

  • If you are a using a credit card, ensure the card is not expired.
  • Check the card number and expiration date are entered correctly
  • Are you using the same email address for their BBID as you are for your PayPal account?
  • If they are using the same email account for their PayPal and BBID, try changing one of the email addresses and try again.
  • Also, you can check your payment credentials: on the Playbook KB26621; and here for the BlackBerry handheld device KB23717

Same here, I tried 3 different credit cards and still got the same error
