i have recently installed the shazam music app on my bold 9780. till about a week ago it was working well on the wi-fi but suddenly since 2 days it is not connecting to wi-fi and showing the following error when i check its network status:
error 1161: java.io.ioexception
along with this, even whatsapp loses wifi connection in a few minutes after connecting and doesnt work until i reboot the handset. have done this atleast 5 times each day.
also no connectivity for bb maps.
the handset uses only wifi for connecting to the internet as i dont have any mobile internet connection as of now.
other browsing through wifi happens normally.
please help urgently.
