I filled in the form & submitted this trouble to BB CS team. Different person contacted me in recent days. Till now, no great progress in the case. But I think it is good that RIM is serious to the customer's complain.

I have the same problem. I was trying to cange my credit card info but getting an error 120000. i was able to use the card on the Android Market but wht cant I use it or change it on my BB Appworld. The one registered is no longer in use. Heeeelp!

BB CS team finally suttested me to apply another BB ID. It so strange, the last BB ID accepts my credit card which is rejected by the other two BB IDs. To be honest, I don't think they found the solution. But at the moment, the payment could get through, I just use this BB ID as it is. Some day, it will like former two BB IDs.
