Earlier, I tried updating my OS using Software For BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone which i already have on my desktop. It worked for some hours and went blank afterwards. Now each time i tried reboothing the device just so i can probably format and reinstal the OS, when the device finish boothing it consistently goes blank.
So now my desktop software cant connect to my device. Please what do i do???

KB17024 : " Application Error 205 " appear on the BlackBerry Smartphone.
Try it and let us know.
