If your getting that Error 532: it is an Application error
Simply try to reset your device. Have you tried this yet?

If the error message still appears after you reset your smartphone, reload your BlackBerry® Device Software. The reload process deletes your smartphone data.
Here is the info you need to follow make sure you do back up of your data first.
